Hotel a Crossville - Harriman

“Noisy at times, back door not latching all the time anyone could just walk in( security issues) couldn’t keep curtains open when people were outside on the back patio seem ed,kind of odd to me. Some staff was nice, some seemed like they didn’t care.”

“Great place for the price”

“Slow internet; couldn't take work calls. Dirty rooms complete with a bug and single ply toilet paper. Room sizes were great, breakfast was great, but the internet and cleanliness issues were totally unacceptable.”

“Booked a king room. Hotel called and said the only had Queen available that Expedia messed up booking. I said fine but there were at least 3 king rooms available. Was still charged the same price.”

“Execelente atención”

“Not bad at all”

“Solo motorcycle rider heading to IL from SC. This was midway. I didn't need more than a shower and a place to sleep. Anytime I can find a place for under $100 and not feel like I need a shower just by walking into the room, its a win. This is way better than that. Decent upkeep. The breakfast was sufficient but NOT a eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy type of buffet. It had a waffle station, cereals and fruit and granola bars. Coffee but I didnt see a juice dispenser. Staff was great. Parking was...

“We were excited for our trip. Reviews on several different travel sites had this property rated in the mid to upper 8/10 stars with thousands of reviews. We walked into our room and were very disappointed. There was what appeared to be pubic hairs all over the bathroom floor. The bathroom sink had stains (easily removed with water and a paper towel). One of the beds had multiple stains on the sheets. The stains were visible with the naked eye. How could housekeeping miss all of these. I went to...

“Stay somewhere else this place is a dump”

“No complaints at all.. Everything was great!! Very quiet, very well lit , comfortable beds and clean rooms. Absolutely love, love front desk staff.”

“I used AI to help me find a VERY CLEAN hotel at a reasonable price with a great breakfast included. The Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Knoxville Lenoir City/I-75 was at the top of the list and I used others' comments to help me decide. My stay even exceeded my expectations. The other thing I was not aware of was it's recent updates and how pleasant it was to feel like I was in a "new" place. Definately a 5 star stay!”

“Great place to just stay overnight”
